Hunan Century Casting Co., Ltd, moved from Huizhou City Guangdong Province to China southern casting capital Jiahe County Hunan Province in 2019, and invested in building a large-scale high-intelligent eco-friendly casting industrial zone.
The first phase with an investment of 250 million CNY, covers a land area of 36 000 m2, construction area of 31 800 m2, with 7 combined production buildings, 1 office building and 1 dormitory building, with more than 260 employees, including 42 engineering and technical staffs.
The second phase with an investment of 300 million CNY, covers a land area of 15 000 m2, construction area of 12 000 m2, with 3 standard production buildings, 1 R&D building and other supporting facilities, with 3 new intelligent machining production lines, configured three-coordinates measuring machines, boring and milling machines, CNC machines, lathes, grinding machines and other machining facilities, for the machining of machinery mould castings and mechanical engineering castings.

We have two production craft modes, including furan resin sand casting craft with customized wooden patterns as the moulding patterns, and furan resin sand solid pattern casting (lost foam casting) craft.
